The natural bamboo cane allows the dough to breathe during the leavening phase, preventing the hardening of the external part that will become a thin and crunchy crust during cooking. The basket facilitates natural rising and helps to improve the appearance of the finished bread. Ideal to bring to the table, even at breakfast. To clean the basket, it is advisable to beat it well and, if necessary, use the residual heat of the oven to dry it (T max 100°C). Put a lot of flour inside before placing the bread to rise otherwise it will stick slightly removing the design that characterizes the loaves leavened inside. We recommend the use of regrind semolina, which remains rougher and absorbs less.
