This silicone impregnated glass fibre mat allows perfect heat propagation and therefore faster and more homogeneous cooking of food. Resistant to extreme temperatures (-40°C/+300°C), it can be used in ovens, microwaves, refrigerators and even rolled up in the freezer to preserve pasta or to cool chocolate decorations. With its edges graduated in cm and inches and its internal grid, measuring and cutting the dough is child's play. Ideal for cutting triangles to make croissants and biscuits of different shapes. Made entirely of silicone, it is non-slip on the worktop for added comfort.

Easy to clean with a sponge or in the dishwasher. No need to grease before use. Do not cut directly on the tape.
