The shaker is composed of a sturdy glass and a cup for mixing to extra thin wall in satin stainless steel. The ingredients and the ice cream are placed in the glass, then carefully place the metal cup over the glass, the removable sealing ring connects both elements. When everything is flush, shake vigorously with both hands. All ingredients must be well mixed and refrigerated. If the metal cup is fogged up to the edge of the glass, the cocktail is at the right temperature. Place the shaker with the metal cup down and carefully loosen both sides. Finally pour the cocktail through a strainer and add mint leaves, pineapple pieces or Physalis, depending on the drink.
